HAS Business Process Analysis
The analyst introduces some improvements to HAS current business process with two main contributions. Firstly, the current process is modelled to reflect the whole stages running at the moment from the animal intake steps, through all treatments, and then the adoption process. In addition, the report also provides a high-level flowchart with the CPS model to illustrate the main stages of HAS current business process. Besides the modelled current process, the high-level analysis also is introduced to help HAS management have an insight which activities needed to be eliminated and which activities should be added in order to execute the final mission that is adding value for the whole process, and therefore customer experiences would be enhanced significantly. This analysis then is transferred visually into a flowchart diagram to represent a new recommended business process.
In detail, the report finding 5 problems that the current process is facing including the (i) scheduling management with veterinarians, (ii) no update animal details, (iii) focus too much on treating animals medicinally, (iv) lack of entering details of the animal at one part and (v) lack of unsuccessful interview stage. The report also gives some recommendations to deal with these problems, those are: (i) categorising 2 types of contacts namely urgent contact and scheduled contact; (ii) introducing detailed updates for main steps; (iii) introducing new programs such as housing, enrichment, exercising and fostering program; (iv) introducing step of entering animal for ‘no urgent treatment’ line and (v) introducing unsuccessful interview stage.

Process Analysis
In general, the process of rescuing the animal and adopting HAS delivers a certain number of positive outcomes. This process is going through almost all significant stages to rescue homeless animals with huge support from veterinarians and the decisions are also designed quite appropriately to ensure all procedures suitable with relevant animal laws. The high-level flowchart below provides HAS management team an overview of the current HAS process with the Customer-Producer-Supplier (CPS) model. This model represents that the requirements of customers should be satisfied by the output of producers (Laguna and Marklund, 2013). Apart from some minor conditions, this flow is seen as the backbone of the whole process.
